She obtained her bachelor degree in law from Universitas Islam Sultan Agung in 2002, with specialization in International Law. She worked at BJMHP Lawyers Law Office for several period time. She is known as a well prepared lawyer and performs the excellent services both in litigation and non litigation. She is registered as an advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).     Debt Collection

    The number of bad debts occurs in many aspects and transactions. Banking procedures as well as financial institutions recognize bad debts as a nonperforming loan and such problems influence the performance of the banks. They will try to maintain a smooth credit portfolio in order to avoid nonperforming loan. The settlement of this problem requires more time, thought, power and considerable cost. In order to solve this problem, the banks or financial institutions as well as nonfinancial institutions should hand over this problem to the third parties. This third party known as an outsourcing agency provides a service by collecting the bad debt from the stakeholders. NAVFF & Partners has an extensive capability and experience in handling such service.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    The trends of economic global have brought to the fact that every government raises a significant concern upon intellectual property rights. It can be seen from the provisions of Indonesia regulations about intellectual property that provides more protections to the holders of these rights in line with the treaties and convention that were ratified by the Indonesian Government. The Indonesian intellectual property rights law presently consists of a framework for industrial property comprising of trade marks, geographical indications, indications of origin, patents, utility patents, industrial designs, integrated circuit layout designs, trade secrets and copyright, which in turn comprises copyrights and neighboring (ancillary) rights. We provide services including assisting with registration of trade and service marks; assisting and representing clients in negotiations of settlements; assisting and representing clients in litigation against infringers of intellectual property rights; assisting in the negotiation of license and franchise agreements.

    Legal Services

    We provide high standard legal services to clients both in Retainer Client Basis or Non Retainer Client Basis.

    Retainer Client

    Legal services and legal assistances for definite periods of time as stated in the contracts including consultations, providing legal opinion, assisting clients in the legal matters, negotiating with the opposite parties, representing clients in court or arbitration and any legal services determined in the contract.

    Non Retainer Client

    Legal services and legal assistances based on cases or under the power of attorney. We should be appointed by party to provide a legal service and assistance. These services consist of providing consultations, preparing legal opinion, assisting clients in the legal matters such as negotiating and representing clients through out of court settlement, in a court or arbitration.

    This service shall be written in a separate agreement based on Fixed Fee System or Time Sheet (Hourly Basis) or any fee that will be paid in line with case handling such as Legal Fee, Operational Fee, Reimbursement Fee, Contingency Fee or Success Fee agreed by both parties.
